SpeakOut Video Messages for Peace and Nonviolence
SpeakOut Video Messages for Peace and Nonviolence
You’re invited!
All people and organizations are invited to contribute a 1-2 min. Video Message for Peace and Nonviolence. It’s simple. Here’s how it works.
2.SpeakOut Video Messages are posted on YouTube and linked here.
As we build connections with others from neighborhoods, cities, countries around the world we find out we have more in common as human beings than we thought, in our growing chorus of messages for peace and nonviolence.
What do people say in their video messages?
Speaking from your heart, your message can touch something in others. Adding together these nuggets of truth we can inspire a chain reaction for peace and nonviolence -- if we hit the right chord it will resound around the worId. Themes people are speaking about:
•What is your message to world leaders about peace and ending violence?
•How can different peoples, religions, races get along?
•How can we build nonviolence across our San Diego - Tijuana border? ¿Cómo podemos construir la no-violencia en nuestro frontera San Diego - Tijuana?
•What is your dream for a world of peace and nonviolence?
•What is your message about ending wars and nuclear weapons?
•Try sending a positive message to those you disagree with, people you think it may be impossible to communicate with.
Speak it, sing a song, rap, write a poem, dance...
“Put Ourselves on the Map!” We’re building a chain of Video Messages all along the route of the World March (volunteers needed to help to build the online map for this project, contact us).
Volunteers needed for Video Message Teams to help interview people, make videos, graphics, website, spread the word, Spanish-speaking, etc!
